$110,250 raised at the 10th Blais Family Fund Golf Tournament to benefit IRIC

On Friday, July 5, 2019, 225 people gathered at the Buckingham Golf Club for the 10th Blais Family Fund Golf Tournament. A record amount of $110,250 was raised to support cancer research efforts carried out at IRIC.
Pierre Blais, he himself a leukemia survivor, thanks to an experimental treatment suggested by Dr. Guy Sauvageau, Principal Investigator at IRIC, is the driving force behind the event, which every year brings together family and friends devoted to the cause.
IRIC would like to thank the Honorary Presidents who agreed to support the cause: Ronald Lorrain, Robert Lemieux, Jean-Guy Laframboise, Gyslain Boudreault, Ronald Rochon, Jean Labrie, Julie Rivard, Patrick Brisson, Anik Maisonneuve, Eric Robillard, Eric Lafleur and Pierre Blais, as well as the Organizing Committee headed by Cyntia Plouffe, and the entire Blais family for their unwavering support.
$550,250 has been raised by the Blais Family Fund since its inception.
