Benjamin Kwok and Étienne Gagnon, two Principal Investigators at the Institute received a grant (Research scholars junior 2) from the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS).

This program is designed to facilitate the recruitment of qualified researchers in health-care research in three areas: basic research, clinical and epidemiological research and research on health and society.

Mr. Kwok and Gagnon are respectively PI’s at the Chemical Biology of Cell Division research Unit, and at the Cancer Immunobiology research Unit.
