The 5th edition of the event Dans les coulisses de la recherche sur le cancer will take place on Thursday, November 7, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer (IRIC) of the Université de Montréal.
On this occasion, 14 IRIC students will share their passion for cancer research with the public, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Hosted by Sophie-Andrée Blondin, host of the program Les années lumière on ICI Première, this convivial evening is an opportunity to learn more about the subjects or research projects that interest our scientists, and to exchange ideas on the subject.
The program for this 5th edition
There will be 15 round tables, each hosting 8 to 10 guests. IRIC’s researchers will take turns to present their projects in 5 minutes. Each presentation will be followed by a 10-minute interactive discussion. The evening will continue with a networking session, featuring a few surprises.
Curious people of all ages and backgrounds, come and explore and exchange ideas about research during this evening open to all!
Entrance fee: $10 for students and $15 regular rate
