How to Join IRIC's Team

Graduate studies at IRIC

If you have already distinguished yourself through outstanding academic performance and are excited at the prospect of a career in biomedical research, IRIC wants to hear from you.

Please send us your application which must include:

  • A letter of intent (max. 1,000 words) describing your research interests and specifying the investigator(s) with whom you would like to work.
  • Two letters of recommendation from individuals who can attest to the quality of your academic performance and, if applicable, of any research experience you might have (requested of candidates applying to a Ph.D. program only). Please note that letters of recommendation must be confidential and therefore sent directly by the persons who are recommending you.
  • An official transcript of your academic record (photocopies are accepted).
  • Your resume which should include all awards and honours you have received.

Undergraduate research internships at IRIC

Undergraduate students who have distinguished themselves through outstanding academic achievement can apply to IRIC for a research internship to complete or complement their undergraduate degree. IRIC also welcomes medical students seeking research experience to complement their training.

Postdoctoral training

IRIC investigators are always on the lookout to recruit motivated, qualified postdoctoral trainees who share their research interests. You may contact the research scientist(s) whose work is of interest to you in order to discuss postdoctoral training opportunities for you at IRIC.
